Employee and Family Assistance Program

The Employee and Family Assistance Program, (EFAP) is a joint effort by Air Canada and its unions.

The  E.F.A.P program is a strictly confidential service to assist employees and their dependents who are facing personal challenges..

This program is available to all active IAMAW Air Canada employees and their families for assistance in resolving personal difficulties on a strictly voluntary basis through the services of qualified/registered professionals.
